bookatdoor follows a transparent refund policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
When Refunds Apply
- If payment is successful but order is not confirmed
- If item is out of stock after purchase and replacement is not possible
- If return request is approved (as per Return Policy)
Refund Processing Time
- Refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days after approval
- Bank/UPI/Wallet providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
